Consortium for Development Policy Research (CDPR) hosted its sixteenth Lahore Policy Exchange talk on “From Garments Manufacturing to Growth.” A key route to lifting Pakistanis out of poverty is employment in export industries, chiefly the garments manufacturing sector.
