Asad Rahim Khan Partner, Ashtar Ali LLP

Asad Rahim Khan is a partner at Ashtar Ali LLP, where he focuses on constitutional law, commercial litigation, and international arbitration. He has been appointed amicus curiae by the Lahore High Court on constitutional matters and has acted as representative for Pakistan before the International Criminal Court (ICC), International Court of Arbitration, and Permanent Court of Arbitration. He is currently an adjunct faculty member of the Shaikh Ahmad Hassan School of Law at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), where he teaches constitutional law.

Dr. Rasul Bakhsh Rais Professor, LUMS

Dr. Rasul Bakhsh Rais has been a Professor of Political Science in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) since 2002. He also previously served as Director General, Institute of Strategic Studies, Islamabad. Before joining LUMS, he served as professor of International Relations and Political Science for twenty-two years at the Quaid-i-Azam University, including as Director, Area Study Centre for more than a decade.
